European Parliament Liaison Office in Romania Launches #GenerationEU 2026–2027
The European Parliament Liaison Office in Romania has opened applications for the #GenerationEU: Promoters of European Democracy youth project, which will take place from October 2026 to May 2027.
20 Years in the European Union
The 2026–2027 edition takes place under the theme “20 Years in the EU”, marking 20 years since Romania joined the European Union in 2007.
Participants will carry out communication activities in their local communities focused on European democracy and Romania's membership of the European Union, with particular attention to increasing access to information, encouraging civic engagement among young people, developing critical-thinking and media-literacy skills, and addressing misinformation.
